The Process

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF BUILDING MY SITE?

To help our clients understand the steps needed to design, structure and build their site, we've laid out the process step-by-step, from concept to completion. This gives them a better understanding of how things proceed through each stage of the developmental process. We know it can be tedious trying to understand everything so laying out a plan alleviates the stress and we want you to know you are in good hands!

There are 9 general phases of building a site:

Quote (Proposal) Submission & Acceptance
Domain & Hosting Chosen
Contractual Submission & Acceptance
Collaboration (Site Direction)
Content Submission by Client
Design, Structure & Build-Out
Implementation (Site Served/Uploaded)
Fine-Tuning & Adjustments
Completion (Final Website Report Issued)

QUOTE & PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

Upon a clients request and after a thorough review, a proposal is submitted for their consideration outlining the general concept of their new site.

DOMAIN & HOSTING CHOSEN

If the proposal is accepted, prior to contractual submission, a domain and hosting plan is chosen by the client as these need to be worked into contractual agreement.

CONTRACTUAL SUBMISSION & ACCEPTANCE

A detailed contractual agreement is drawn outlining the specific agreement, terms, elements, lead-time, disclosures, expectations, domain(s) and hosting plan choices, etc... and is submitted to the client for approval. At this time a 50% deposit is required to begin their site.

COLLABORATION (SITE DIRECTION)

Collaboration begins with our teams on the structural layout and aesthetics of the new site. Encompassing all needed elements and a time-line is then drawn out from concept to completion.

CONTENT SUBMISSION BY CLIENT

At this point, all site content (information, verbiage, literature, photos, videos, etc... needs to be submitted by the client in digital format so it can be integrated into site.

DESIGN, STRUCTURE & BUILD-OUT

The sites structure, design and build-out is now facilitated. All facets of the site are integrated and the site is built from the 'ground up'.

IMPLEMENTATION (SITE UPLOADED)

Once the site is built and completed off-line, the site is uploaded to the VPS server and the review process begins.

FINE TUNING & ADJUSTMENTS

The client reviews the new site and adjustments (changes) are addressed accordingly.

COMPLETION (FINAL WEBSITE REPORT ISSUED)

Once the client is satisfied with the adjustments made a final website report will be completed and submitted for client for approval. At this point, the 50% balance is required (final payment), as set forth in the terms of the contractual agreement.
